This isn't about maintaining an existing brand or producing endless social graphics. It's an opportunity to help define the visual identity of an entrepreneur building one of the UK's most ambitious media and technology businesses. About the founderOur client is a proven entrepreneur. He built a software company from scratch, scaling it to more than £50 million in revenue before selling the business in 2024 for an eight-figure sum. Over the last year he's applied the same principles to his own personal brand, growing an audience of more than 500,000 followers through practical, experience-led content on entrepreneurship and wealth creation. Today he's building far more than a personal brand. That includes:

You'll join at the beginning, helping build the creative identity that ties everything together
The opportunityYou'll have genuine creative ownership from day one. Rather than joining a business with rigid brand guidelines, you'll help create them. Your work will influence how hundreds of thousands and eventually millions of people experience the brand. Working with the creative director and the social media team, you'll own the design of:
- Instagram carousels
- LinkedIn graphics
- Brand templates
- Launch campaigns
- Landing pages
- Waiting lists
- Product assets
- Course materials
- Marketing creatives
You'll also use AI to rapidly prototype, design and launch new ideas.Because we're a small, ambitious team, everyone rolls their sleeves up, so you could also
- Capture content with the founder

We're looking for someone with exceptional creative taste. You instinctively understand what makes people stop scrolling and know how to create work that feels clean, modern and premium. We're far more interested in your portfolio than the number of years you've worked. Whether you're self-taught or have several years of experience, we're looking for outstanding design not impressive CVs. You'll probably have experience with
