We manage restaurant bookings with care, precision, and personality—giving guests exceptional service while supporting leading hospitality brands. If you’re a great communicator with an eye for detail and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Helping guests secure bookings at fantastic restaurants Solving real-time issues with a calm, friendly approach Managing reservations with speed and accuracy Sending confirmations and handling emails and guest enquiries What We’re Looking For A people-person with great phone and writing skills A quick thinker who enjoys problem-solving A team player who’s organised, detail-focused, and proactive Customer service experience is helpful—but not essential.
