We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen at Marine Court Table Table in Dover, a high‑profile seaside site with strong seasonal trade and exciting peak‑period momentum. Reporting into the General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a busy, coastal kitchen—leading your team through dynamic seasonal shifts and delivering great‑quality food to locals, holidaymakers, and travellers all year round.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading, motivating, and developing a kitchen team through both peak and quieter seasons
- Managing stock control, food margins, and kitchen standards in a high‑volume environment
- Owning food safety, audits, and compliance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development to meet seasonal demand
- Driving performance through coaching and regular 1:1s
- Delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes to brand specification
- Working closely with a supportive General Manager to plan rotas, labour, and menus around seasonal trade
