Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties * Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. * Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. * Develop customised learning activities to cater to diverse student needs and learning styles. * Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student development. * Organise extracurricular activities and support students’ social-emotional well-being. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural incidents. * Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Skills * Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. * Excellent behaviour management skills to maintain a positive classroom environment. * Proven ability in teaching young children with patience and creativity. * Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. * Organised with the ability to plan lessons that are both educational and engaging. * Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning needs and abilities. * Passionate about fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment for young learners
