The role:

Supervising classes during teacher absence

Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

Supporting students with their work and maintaining focus

Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
