About us
Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 is a dual brand hotel connected to terminal 4 via a covered walkway. It is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth line. One side is the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Express featuring 457 bedrooms, an express bar and café, offering all-day dining with simple, honest food, and a lively bar. The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London-Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. The hotel boasts a variety of exciting food and beverage outlets, including a Club Lounge and offers a 24-hour fitness studio. It has ample parking for both guests and employees.
A bit about what you will do
Reservation Agents in our team demonstrate warmth and excellent communication when guests get in touch. They are confident in their knowledge of the hotel rooms and facilities and at ease when recommending rates and packages to our guests. Assisting our guests in a courteous and efficient manner with their reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone and email. Answer questions about the hotel, facilities and services. Inputting and accessing data in our reservations system. Maximizing sales and room occupancy.

Providing high quality service comes naturally to you. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure. Excellent communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English. A smart and professional appearance. Hotel experience in a similar role a real advantage. Opera PMS and Marsha experience a plus.
