At T4 Design Ltd, we’re specialists in glass processing for architectural and commercial applications. We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team and take day-to-day leadership of operations on the shopfloor.
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a skilled production team working across two alternating shifts
Execute the production plan to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
Resolve bottlenecks, manage workflow, and optimise output
Support training and team development to build flexibility and resilience
Drive Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement
Maintain a safe, compliant, and collaborative working environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing (glass experience a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office for scheduling and reporting
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and shopfloor improvement practices
Experience in glass processing or precision manufacturing
First Aid or Health & Safety training
Valid forklift licence
