Our client is a leading specialist provider delivering highly accredited distribution services.
Their modern, well-maintained fleet comprises 8x4 Tippers/Grabs and Roll-on/offs.
They pride themselves on a supportive team dynamic and are looking for dedicated drivers to grow alongside their business.
In this role, you will act as a key ambassador on customer sites, safely loading and unloading materials while providing outstanding customer service.

About You & Requirements
Licences: A full, valid HGV Category C (Class 2) licence, alongside an active CPC and Digital Tachograph Card (with no major endorsements, e.g., DR/DD).
Experience: Proven experience operating HGVs or similar fleet vehicles on construction sites and public roads is highly preferred.
Compliance & Safety: Strong knowledge of tachograph regulations, the Highway Code, and the Road Traffic Act. Ability to carry out thorough daily walkaround checks and accurate defect reporting.
Cards: CPC and Driver Tachograph card are essential.
Local Knowledge: Good understanding of London routes, low-emission zone rules, and site safety protocols.
Location: Applicants must live within a reasonable travelling distance of the operating yards in Belvedere, Silvertown, or Rainham .
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Transport Team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Collect and deliver waste/products safely across a diverse client base.
Complete all daily company paperwork and defect sheets accurately.
Maintain excellent vehicle cleanliness and a high standard of vehicle care at all times.
Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and site protocols.
Schedule
Core Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
