Store Manager - QSR / Hospitality Shoreditch, London | £35,000-£45,000 | Sales Growth | P&L Ownership The company T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's fastest-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands, currently embarking on an ambitious nationwide expansion programme. With approximately 10 locations already operating and plans to expand to 70+ stores across the UK within the next 24 months, the business is building a strong reputation for its fresh products, distinctive brand and customer-focused approach. As part of its continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious, commercially driven Store Manager to take full responsibility for its Shoreditch location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional Store Manager position and is passionate about building a successful local business, developing a high-performing team and establishing a brand within a competitive London market. The role You will take full responsibility for the store's operations, team, customer experience and financial performance. This is more than simply managing a store. We want someone who will run it like their own business, actively growing customer numbers, increasing footfall and developing the brand locally. You will take responsibility for: Managing daily store operations, sales, profitability and P&L performance Driving footfall, repeat business and revenue growth Developing local marketing initiatives and partnerships with businesses, gyms and community organisations Recruiting, training and leading a high-performing team Maintaining excellent customer service, product quality and brand standards Managing stock, labour costs, food costs and wastage Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvementWhat you need Essential: Previous Store Manager or Restaurant Manager experience within QSR, hospitality or food service Proven track record of growing sales and improving profitability Strong commercial awareness and understanding of P&L management Experience recruiting, training and managing teams Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to business growth Passion for customer service and building a successful local brandDesirable: Knowledge of Shoreditch and the East London market Experience with local marketing, delivery platforms or franchise operationsWhat's on offer * Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum * Full-time, permanent position * Shoreditch, London location * Significant autonomy and ownership of store performance * Opportunity to develop and grow an established location * Responsibility for local marketing, customer growth and profitability * Support from an expanding national brand * Ongoing training and professional development * Genuine progression opportunities into multi-site and senior operations roles * Opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious business expanding to 70+ UK locations How to apply If you're an ambitious Store Manager who wants to take genuine ownership of a business, drive sales growth and build a successful local brand, we'd love to hear from you.
