The role
As a Permanent Primary Teacher, you will take ownership of a dedicated class within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons within a supportive school community. You will take responsibility for:
- Planning and delivering high-quality primary lessons
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Tracking, assessing and supporting pupil progress
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Contributing to the wider school community
- Upholding high standards of teaching, behaviour and achievement
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:
- QTS
- Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for pupil progress and whole-child development
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Subject leadership interest or experience
- Experience in outstanding or high-performing schools
- Ability to contribute to curriculum development
