The role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and structured lessons across a variety of school settings, covering EYFS, KS1, and KS2 depending on your preference and experience. This role offers complete flexibility - whether you are looking for a few days per week, full-time supply, or a better work-life balance around existing commitments.
You will take responsibility for:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups
- Adapting teaching style to suit different classroom environments
- Maintaining strong classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere
- Following school policies and ensuring continuity of learning
- Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff
- Representing a high standard of teaching professionalism across all placements
What you need It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within primary education (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Experience working in multiple school settings
- Confidence delivering across different year groups

- Strong organisational skills and reliability
