T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of a growing energy consultancy that is continuing to invest in its Manchester sales team. Working with commercial customers across the UK, the business provides tailored energy solutions and has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service and long-term client relationships. As the business continues to grow, we are looking to recruit driven sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are looking for genuine career progression.
As an Energy Sales Executive, you will focus on generating new business through high-volume outbound calling, speaking with commercial customers to discuss their energy requirements and securing new contracts. This is a fully office-based role within a busy sales floor where success is rewarded through uncapped commission, continuous coaching, and opportunities for progression.
You will take responsibility for:
- Making high volumes of outbound sales calls to business customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales
- Building rapport and developing long-term customer relationships
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion
- Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates
- Working as part of a motivated and competitive sales team
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Previous experience within a sales or target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence working in a high-volume outbound sales role
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Ability to work from the Manchester office five days per week
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Previous energy or utility sales experience
- Merchant services or POS sales experience
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Contact centre or outbound telesales experience
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
Candidates from other sales backgrounds will also be considered if they can demonstrate a strong track record of working towards targets.
