The company T3AM Transport & Logistics is supporting a growing delivery and distribution operation that is expanding its network of self-employed courier drivers across the South East. Due to continued demand and increasing delivery volumes, we are now recruiting reliable Owner Van Courier Drivers for ongoing multidrop delivery work.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional owner drivers looking for consistent work, permanent routes, and strong earning potential.

The role:

  • Completing daily multidrop delivery routes
  • Loading and unloading parcels safely and efficiently
  • Managing delivery schedules and route timings
  • Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate delivery records through handheld or mobile systems
  • Ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant
  • Representing the business professionally at all times

What you need:

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

  • Own MWB or LWB van (large van preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-employed status
  • Smartphone with GPS/navigation access
  • Professional and reliable work ethic

Other DESIRABLE qualities include:

  • Previous courier or multidrop delivery experience
  • Knowledge of local delivery areas
  • Experience using delivery scanning systems or apps

Insurance requirements:

  • Hire & Reward Insurance - Essential
  • Goods in Transit Insurance - Required as part of onboarding where applicable
