T3 delivers hands-on AI governance, model evaluation, red teaming, and regulatory compliance for financial services and other high-stakes sectors. The company supports clients across the full AI lifecycle, including use case intake, risk classification, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of LLMs, automated decision systems, and AI-enabled workflows. Where standard GRC tools end, T3 builds and integrates custom controls, tooling, and monitoring infrastructure directly into client systems.

Role Description

This Is Not A Sales Role. We are not looking for someone to cold call prospects, manage CRM campaigns, or send LinkedIn messages. We are looking for someone who already has credibility, relationships, and influence. You may be:

Your role is to create access. Our team will handle the technical expertise, proposals, delivery, and execution.

What You Will Do

  • Open conversations with senior decision-makers

  • Create opportunities across financial services or technology to deliver AI solutions and programmes
  • Identify strategic partnerships and alliance opportunities
  • Support positioning and market development discussions
  • Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the business

Within the first 12 months you will have:
