T3 Training & Development is expanding - and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our employer partnerships across the construction and built environment sector. If you’ve worked in apprenticeships AND understand construction, this is a standout opportunity to join a specialist provider with a clear growth plan.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new business with employers in the construction / AEC sector
  • Building and managing a pipeline of apprenticeship and or training opportunities
  • Engaging employers to understand hiring and skills needs
  • Managing relationships from first contact through to enrolment

What We’re Looking For

You MUST have:

  • Experience selling apprenticeships or training programmes
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship funding and employer engagement
  • Experience working with or selling into the construction / AEC sector

Bonus if you have:

  • An existing network of employer contacts
  • A strong track record of hitting start or enrolment targets

Location

Ideally based near Telford or if not, our HQ in Barnsley
