Business Development Manager Salary £30000 – £40000/annum Uncapped OTE, Gym, Company Trips Location Bracknell, Bracknell Forest Business Development Manager – IT Hardware Sales Our client, a leading international IT hardware solutions provider, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven IT sales professional to maximize their earning potential while working with one of the largest IT hardware stock inventories in the industry. Key Responsibilities: * As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business growth by generating sales opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking. * Sell a wide range of IT hardware solutions, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and components, to businesses across the UK and internationally. * Leverage the support of a proactive marketing team to engage prospects and convert leads into long-term clients. * Over time, transition into a hybrid role that combines business development and account management, ensuring sustained revenue growth through repeat business. What We’re Looking For: * A proven track record in sales, Ideally in IT sales but particularly in business development management or new business acquisition. * Experience in account management is advantageous but not essential— ongoing training and coaching are provided by an in-house sales trainer. * A history of exceeding sales targets, with the ability to provide tangible evidence of achievements. * Industry experience in IT hardware or electronics—previous experience selling HP, Lenovo, or Dell hardware would be a distinct advantage. * A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships and growing revenue.
