The successful candidate will have previous experience within the general tool hire industry and be confident leading a busy workshop while ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards
Key
Responsibilities: Supervising the day-to-day running of the workshop.
Managing the servicing, maintenance and repair of hire equipment.
Ensuring equipment is prepared and ready for customer hire.
Supporting and motivating workshop staff.
Maintaining high health and safety standards.
Liaising with the hire desk and other departments.
Requirements: Previous Workshop Supervisor experience Strong background in general tool hire or plant hire.
Good mechanical knowledge.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
