Location: Bermuda Park Nuneaton

Salary: £30,000pa

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the CHEP account, ensuring accuracy across orders, transactions, stock, and invoicing.
  • Oversee a small fleet of company vehicles and drivers, including compliance with PMI’s, TACO, MOTs, and servicing.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers across the UK and Europe, ensuring all associated documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage stock control processes, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards such as ODETTE labelling and scanning systems.
  • Work with ERP systems to extract, analyse, and interpret data to support logistics and stock management.
  • Support general warehouse duties as required to ensure smooth operational flow.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics coordination role.
  • Strong experience using CHEP and the CHEP portal system.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with and analysing data from ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management.
  • Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
