Acting as an internal Account Manager, you ll take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience at every stage of their journey. Working closely with both customers and internal stakeholders, you ll proactively identify opportunities to improve service levels, resolve challenges, strengthen relationships and support long-term account success.
