We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Desk Executive to join a growing sales team.

You'll play a key role in driving new business, supporting existing customers and helping lead the day-to-day operation of the Northern Ireland Sales Desk.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include

  • Generating new business through outbound telesales activity
  • Managing inbound enquiries and following up quotations
  • Building long-term relationships with customers
  • Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM
  • Supporting Business Development Managers with live opportunities
  • Supervising and mentoring the local Sales Desk team
  • Assisting with onboarding and coaching new team members
  • Providing cover for the Sales Desk Manager when required

About You

You'll have

  • Proven B2B telesales experience
  • A track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
