We’re working with a well-established, purpose-led organisation with a national presence, looking to appoint a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support their CEO, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team. This is a key role within the business, offering real exposure at senior level and the opportunity to be at the heart of decision-making and organisational operations.
The Role
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of senior leadership activity across the organisation.
- Full EA support to the CEO, including complex diary and inbox management.
- Acting as secretariat to the Board, including preparation of agendas, board packs and taking accurate minutes.
- Coordinating meetings, travel, events and logistics.
- Managing communication with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Supporting governance processes and documentation.
- Assisting with HR administration, onboarding and confidential records.
- Ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of office and administrative functions.
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or board-level stakeholders.
- Strong minute-taking and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Discreet, professional and confident handling confidential information.
