This is an excellent opportunity to work on the assembly and build of high-quality electrical and mechanical equipment in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings.
Electrical wiring and power supply assembly.
Build and install wiring looms.
Mechanical assembly including cutting, drilling and tapping.
Assemble mechanical components and cooling systems.
Carry out soldering and, where required, brazing.
Test and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate build documentation.
Assist with stores, parts kitting and stock duties when required.
Work collaboratively within the production team while maintaining high health and safety standards.
Key Requirements Previous experience as an Electrical Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, Electro-Mechanical Assembler or similar.
Confident reading engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong electrical assembly and mechanical fitting skills.
Experience with soldering is essential.
Able to use hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
