Due to continued growth, we are recruiting two ambitious Business Development Managers to join a leading international supply chain solutions business.

Locations:

  • South Region – Ideally based around Luton, covering the South of England and Ireland
  • North Region – Ideally based along the M62 Corridor, covering Northern England

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation operating across the FMCG, retail and logistics sectors, with genuine opportunities for progression and development.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across your region. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospect identification and lead generation through to proposal presentation, negotiation and contract implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
  • Maintain strong market awareness and identify growth opportunities
  • Attend networking events and industry functions
  • Deliver against agreed sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with operational, customer service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and performance reporting
