We are looking for an IT Service Desk / 1st Line Support Analyst to join the team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. You will be the first point of contact for a range of IT-related queries, providing friendly and effective technical support to users across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous 1st line or service desk experience who is looking to build on their technical skills within an established IT environment.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a 1st Line Support, Service Desk or IT Support
- You will ideally have experience supporting users with:
- Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Office 365
- General hardware and software issues
- Password and account-related queries
- Basic troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Logging and managing support tickets
We're open to candidates with varying levels of experience, so if you have a solid grounding in 1st line IT support and a good customer-service approach, we'd be keen to hear from you. We're also open to graduates with a relevant IT degree or qualifications looking to start their career in IT support.
