Overview
T2M Resourcing are recruiting for a Tender Lead to work for a growing engineering and manufacturing business in the West Midlands. The role as Tender Lead coordinates and delivers the tendering and bids process.
Duties
- Coordinate tender and bid processes.
- Provide information to support Bid/No Bid decision making.
- Review quotes, tenders, and bids ahead of submission.
- Identify risks and make Business Managers aware.
- Review costs and ensure appropriate quotes are considered in bids/tenders.
- Keep detailed documentation and records of bid/tenders.
- Provide advice and support on commercial terms.
Requirements
- Experience in bids and tenders management for engineering/manufacturing sector.
- Degree or similar qualifications in Business Management or Engineering field.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Understanding of different sector tendering and bid processes such as aerospace and defence.
- Able to build internal relationships to ensure bids and tenders are completed with accurate information and on time.
This role will be based at the manufacturing and engineering site in the West Midlands. A UK driving License would be advantageous to travel to other UK based offices.
