T2M Resourcing is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Larkhill, UK, to join a specialist engineering business on a 12-month FTC or permanent basis. You will partner with management to support strategic objectives, lead HR initiatives, drive cultural transformation, and ensure effective employee relations.

The successful candidate should have CIPD level 5 and at least 5 years of HR experience, especially in Industrial/engineering settings. Travel to European locations may be required.
