T2M Resourcing are working with a specialist engineering business looking to expand their team with a S&OP Controller. The S&OP Controller will drive advanced demand planning across multiple products. As a S&OP Controller you will deliver a sales and operations planning process to improve the key links between sales, engineering, finance, and operations. The sales and operations planning process will align the internal teams communication and provide business intelligence to support decision making.

Key duties as a S&OP Controller:

  • Leading weekly demand planning and S&OP meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring inventory levels are appropriate for on-going and upcoming projects.
  • Produce forecast and demand planning reports.
  • Complete data analysis and operational insights reporting.
  • Provide business intelligence to enable data driven decision making.
  • Developing a new S&OP process across multiple product ranges.
  • Support procurement and supply chain teams with purchasing requirements.

Requirements to be successful as a S&OP Controller:

  • Proven experience as a strong S&OP Controller or Analyst.
  • Degree or similar level qualification in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Knowledge of engineering business processes and practices.
  • Strong IT and reporting skills using data visualisation tools.
  • Clear communicator who can present to stakeholders of all levels.
  • Capable of working autonomously and linking to team goals.

This role is based in Worcestershire and will require 4-5 days a week on site.
