T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Project Manager for a growing engineering business that specialises in pump systems and products. As Project Manager, this role will manage multiple concurrent projects across product development, production, and product installation/integration. Working with a multidiscipline team, this role requires a confident starter-finisher able to grasp the commercial need for speed to market. While it is not a requirement to be an engineer or from a technical background, the key is to have a strong evidence base of engineering projects.

Duties of a Project Manager:

  • Plan and deliver multiple projects across product development, R&D, and manufacturing.
  • Identify project risks and commercial opportunities.
  • Lead project review and gate review stages.
  • Track project finance, timelines, and requirements.
  • Maintain and support project processes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the project.
  • Demonstrate and champion the benefits of project management governance.
  • Ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Requirements to be successful Project Manager:

  • Strong experience in delivering end-to-end engineering/technical projects.
  • Understanding of product development, manufacturing, and site-based projects.
  • Degree level qualifications in relevant field such as business, engineering, or similar.
  • Confident using project management tools such as MS Office, Excel, and Project.
  • Project management qualifications, Prince2 or APMP or similar.
  • Clear communicator that can present with gravitas.
