T2M Resourcing are working exclusively with a manufacturing and technology business to recruit a Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Manager.

This role will be leading the Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability compliance for a growing site that includes manufacturing/production, warehousing, technology development, and offices.

Key duties of Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Manager:

• Management of Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability across the business functions
• Developing a HSE roadmap in line with manufacturing growth
• Driving cultural change across the organisation with Health, Safety and Environment
• Setting the Health & Safety strategy
• Drafting policies and procedures across the H&S, ESG, and facilities management
• Leading and working in partnership with Environment & Sustainability Manager
• Setting the strategy and plan to maintain ISO14001
• Building relationships within the business and with suppliers

Requirements to be successful as Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Manager:

• Proven leadership in health & safety, and ESG
• Thorough and in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations in HSE
• Confident in leading change of process and culture
• Analytical and able to audit process and policies
• Experience in delivering and maintaining ISO standards for business, 14001 & 45001
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative and mentoring approach to leadership

This role is based in Northamptonshire and will be based on-site 4-5 days a week. A driving license would be preferred for travel to suppliers and additional locations.
