Head of Legal £140,000 plus bonus and benefits Remote in the UK T2M Resourcing are working with a growing engineering business to recruit a new Head of Legal to take on leadership of an international legal team and provides hands-on support across the Group. Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, the Head of Legal will provide advice and drafting of high value commercial contracts, assess liability and contractual risks, and develop governance processes/frameworks for the business to work within. Key duties as Head of Legal: Leading the international legal team of Commercial Contract Managers. Provide advice and support to the group executive function – CEO, CFO, Managing Directors. Drafting, negotiating, and signing off high value commercial contracts with customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Conducting legal due diligence for merger a UK driving license as well as flexibility to travel is required.
