T2M Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a market leading company who have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This operationally focused role will support the delivery of the business’s objectives and targets through the provision of high-quality business performance insights and analysis.
The successful candidate must have experience of management accounts/business partnering where you have supported the management team across a business division or region.
Hybrid role Location: Bristol area
Competitive Salary: up to £60,000 + Benefits Package
Your remit will include:
- Report directly to the Regional Finance Director
- Craft monthly management reports for your region and specific projects; your insights will guide others to deliver results in line with budgets.
- Identify opportunities and risks through quarterly forecasting and analysis of performance to business plans.
- Month end reporting including management/review of month end entries prepared by the assistant accountants.
- Providing insight and support using both financial and non-financial data and KPI’s, as well as challenging the commercial function on performance, future plans and outlook.
- Support business decisions and analysis across a wide range of ad hoc requests.
To be successful as Finance Business Partner you will have the following skills and experience:
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to both constructively challenge and influence at all levels
- Be a strong all-rounder with demonstrable track record in commercial analysis and evaluation and business planning/evaluation
