T2M Resourcing are recruiting for an Electronic Engineer to join a growing technology business to work on power electronics development, PCB layout design, and simulation/testing.
As an Electronic Engineer you would be working on product development and R&D projects for a business that works across multiple sectors.
Key duties of an Electronic Engineer:
- Requirements capturing from internal and external stakeholders
- Design of analogue and digital electronics
- Schematic and PCB layout design using Altium
- Carrying out simulations and testing of products and designs
- Research and development of new product requirements
- Investigating product defects or issues, completing root cause analysis
Requirements to be successful as an Electronic Engineer:
- BEng or MSc Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Design and development experience of electronic components – use of Altium or similar
- Product development life cycle understanding
- Familiar with FPGAs and VHDL as part of system design
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN
- Strong understanding of power electronic principals and theory
- A true problem solver that can research independently
This role is based in Milton Keynes however will require some travel. A UK Driving license and own vehicle is essential.
