T2M Resourcing are recruiting for an Electronic Engineer to join a growing technology business to work on power electronics development, PCB layout design, and simulation/testing.

As an Electronic Engineer you would be working on product development and R&D projects for a business that works across multiple sectors.

Key duties of an Electronic Engineer:

• Requirements capturing from internal and external stakeholders
• Design of analogue and digital electronics
• Schematic and PCB layout design using Altium
• Carrying out simulations and testing of products and designs
• Research and development of new product requirements
• Investigating product defects or issues, completing root cause analysis

Requirements to be successful as an Electronic Engineer:

• BEng or MSc Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Design and development experience of electronic components – use of Altium or similar
• Product development life cycle understanding
• Familiar with FPGAs and VHDL as part of system design
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN
• Strong understanding of power electronic principals and theory
• A true problem solver that can research independently

This role is based in Milton Keynes however will require some travel. A UK Driving license and own vehicle is essential.
