T2M Resourcing are working exclusively with a growing manufacturing business who are recruiting a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting and SIOP meetings.
As the Demand Planning Manager you will work closely with sales, supply chain, and production teams to ensure accurate planning and reporting.
Duties of a Demand Planning Manager:
- Develop demand forecasts based on customer and historical sales data.
- Perform data analysis and visualisation using tools such as PowerBi.
- Provide reporting to stakeholders and the Executive leadership team.
- Work alongside production, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Lead company SIOP meetings.
Requirements to be successful as a Demand Planning Manager:
- Previous experience in leading demand planning and SIOP functions
- Working knowledge of forecast and demand planning.
- Understanding of manufacturing business operations.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Automotive or aerospace sector experience.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiar with reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
This role is based in Milton Keynes however will also require some travel in the UK, therefore a UK driving license is essential.
