T2M Resourcing is working on behalf of a successful global market leader who has an opportunity for a Commercial Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact, partner closely with key decision-makers, and help shape the financial direction of the organisation.
Salary circa £50,000, plus Bonus & Benefits Package
Hybrid: 1 -2 days per week in the office
Location: Goole area
As Commercial Accountant you will be reporting to the Head of FP&A & Business Partnering and responsible for:
- Supporting the FP&A and wider Finance team in driving profitable growth
- Developing and managing an effective rolling forecast process
- Leading the annual budget and strategic planning cycles
- Preparing insightful reporting, analysis and commentary to clearly explain performance
- Creating and presenting financial models to support business decisions
- Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards and automation of reporting
- Conducting ad‑hoc analysis and scenario modelling
To be successful as Commercial Accountant you will have the following skills and experience:
- Part Qualified, Finalist or Newly Qualified, ACCA, CIMA, ACA
- Experience in FP&A or a similar commercial finance role
- Ideally has experience in FMCG, retail or manufacturing
- Can lead and model forecasting and budgeting processes confidently
- Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and confident in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
- Organised, collaborative, and calm under pressure
