Technical Support Engineer – Permanent – South Birmingham, Hybrid 2-3 days a week – Up to £35k.
This range is set by T2M Resourcing; actual pay is based on skills and experience.
What you’ll be doing
The first line support team is technical; as the first escalation step you’ll triage support tickets, provide break‑fixes, recommend short, medium and long‑term solutions, and liaise with senior engineers and pre‑sales to advise customers on next steps and resolutions across private cloud, Azure, on‑prem, M365, managed print, and related services.
About you
You are a problem solver with experience in managed service environments. Experience administering Azure services or logic apps is an advantage, but training will be provided. You have a few years in a managed service business and want more challenging tasks.
