Up to £55k Permanent, Hybrid 1–2 days a week. Sponsorship will not be considered for this role. You must have active security clearance or be eligible for security clearance for this role.
T2M are currently working with an award-winning managed service provider who, off the back of another major contract win, are building out a new security-cleared services team. This includes technical engineers across multiple levels alongside leadership and service management functions to support EUC, deskside, infrastructure and networking services.
A long-established provider of managed IT across both public and private sectors, the business has decades of experience and a reputation for reliability. They help clients work smarter and safer through IT service support, cloud infrastructure deployment, and the management of security, communications and more.
About You
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, and joining as the project kicks off you’ll have the perfect chance to shape the delivery from the outset. You’ll be confident owning client relationships, acting as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, managing the service desk ticket backlog, ensuring services are delivered in line with SLAs, KPIs.
