Overview
You know how frustrating it is when a customer’s phone system or video kit doesn’t work on day one? Calls drop, meetings fail, and suddenly everyone’s firefighting instead of getting stuff done.
That’s where T2M Resourcing’s client comes in. Partnering with some of the largest names in telephony and communications and shipping over a million products a year to small and large MSPs like Daisy Group, Wavenet and Focus Group. In short: less hassle, faster installs, happier customers — and more margin for everyone in the channel, it’s a win/win.
Following an internal promotion, they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Team in expanding the customer base and growing ARR.
- Huddersfield – Onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities
This is very much a player/manager role! You’ll be splitting your time between mentoring a small, established sales team and directly managing key accounts, working closely with the Sales Director to drive campaigns, growth plans and key deals across the business.
Qualifications
To be successful as Sales Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:
You’ll probably already know the difference between Yealink and 3CX, have a track record of sales delivery ideally in technology, distribution or telecoms, probably from another disti, managed service provider, or through working with the wider IT channel.
You’ll be someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring and leading but you’ll also want to stay close to the action, speaking to key accounts, building relationships and helping deals across the line.
What to expect
Margins can be tight, and availability is king in distributor land. What makes or breaks success here is in contracts, relationships and stock, and they have all three. With over 8000+ customers on the books, an established technical sales team, there is huge potential to grow both for the business and your career.
