  • Own the budgeting and rolling forecasting process, improving forecasting accuracy and forward-looking financial insight.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to deliver accessible, meaningful business intelligence.

  • Support the implementation of new finance systems, including ERP projects.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small FP&A team, with the opportunity to build capability as the business grows.

About You

We're looking for a commercially focused finance leader who enjoys combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You'll ideally have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.
  • The ability to build and improve reporting in developing or low-data environments.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a changing, growth-focused environment.
  • Previous experience leading and developing finance teams.
  • Exposure to Power BI and ERP systems would be advantageous.
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering or a similar operational environment would be beneficial.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join an ambitious business where finance is playing an increasingly strategic role. You'll work closely with the CFO, shape the future of FP&A, influence key business decisions, and contribute to the next stage of the company's growth journey. If you're looking for a role where you can make a lasting impact while developing a high-performing FP&A function, we'd love to hear from you.
