What will you be doing?

  • Work in a small team developing supply chain and inventory solutions used by NHS trusts.
  • Participate in sprints to design data catalogues and integrate with third‑party supplier databases for multi‑location inventories, expiry tracking, automated replenishment and catalogue management.
  • Support new customer side integrations, developing and maintaining the database, API integrations, as well as performance tuning and database administration.
  • Collaborate closely with backend and frontend developers on new features and enhancements.

What are we looking for?

  • Enjoy solving problems with data, comfortable writing SQL queries, creating and optimising stored procedures, and working with relational databases in a commercial environment.
  • Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting slow queries, and maintaining reliable systems under growing customer demand.
  • Adaptability to a variety of tasks, from database performance improvement to integration support and API collaboration.
  • Exposure to C# .NET, web development, RESTful APIs is beneficial.
