Your Role

  • As Clinic Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of personalised, compassionate dialysis care.
  • Youll be responsible for the smooth running of all clinical, operational and administrative activities within the clinic.
  • Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic.
  • Ensure an exceptional patient journey, creating a welcoming, safe environment.
  • Liaise with key external bodies (e.g. partner organisations, auditors, regulators).
  • Lead on clinic improvements, implementing innovative processes to raise quality and efficiency.
  • Onboard, mentor and support new teammates.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with patients and address concerns with empathy.
  • Ensure full compliance with all clinical governance, audit and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely report submissions.
  • Champion a values driven, collaborative culture that motivates your team.

What You Need to Succeed as a Clinic Manager

  • Registered Nurse with full NMC registration.
  • Experience working as a Registered Manager with CQC (or willingness to achieve this).
  • Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, approachable leadership style.
  • Ability to inspire, guide and motivate a diverse team.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Evidence of continued professional development (renal experience desirable).
