Your Role
- As Clinic Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of personalised, compassionate dialysis care.
- Youll be responsible for the smooth running of all clinical, operational and administrative activities within the clinic.
- Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic.
- Ensure an exceptional patient journey, creating a welcoming, safe environment.
- Liaise with key external bodies (e.g. partner organisations, auditors, regulators).
- Lead on clinic improvements, implementing innovative processes to raise quality and efficiency.
- Onboard, mentor and support new teammates.
- Build strong, positive relationships with patients and address concerns with empathy.
- Ensure full compliance with all clinical governance, audit and regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely report submissions.
- Champion a values driven, collaborative culture that motivates your team.
What You Need to Succeed as a Clinic Manager
- Registered Nurse with full NMC registration.
- Experience working as a Registered Manager with CQC (or willingness to achieve this).
- Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, approachable leadership style.
- Ability to inspire, guide and motivate a diverse team.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Evidence of continued professional development (renal experience desirable).
