About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce ensuring we bring in the right people, at the right time, to support our continued success. What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
- Developing creative strategies to attract high-quality talent

- Conducting engaging telephone interviews and initial assessments

- Coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience
