Location: Remote with regional travel

About the Role

As a Regional Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Coaches to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences for learners and employers. With full responsibility for team performance, you’ll ensure quality, compliance, and learner success rates remain consistently high, while driving operational excellence across your region.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team to achieve success targets.
  • Take ownership of team performance, success rates, and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets and P&L for your team, ensuring effective forecasting and resource planning.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, supporting growth and addressing underperformance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals.
  • Lead learner and employer engagement activities to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with Quality, Compliance, and Account Management teams to ensure the learner journey is of the highest standard.
  • Share best practice across operations and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a training, education, or apprenticeships setting.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver against KPIs.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast, plan, and manage budgets.
  • Knowledge of Leadership & Management qualifications/apprenticeship programmes (essential)
  • A passion for improving learner outcomes and employer experiences.
  • Leadership & Management L5 qualification (Essential)
