This is a rewarding and dynamic role where youll travel to workplaces across your region, carrying out holistic observations of learners and helping them achieve one of the most important qualifications in their careers.
What youll be doing
- Visiting workplaces to observe learners in real-life care settings, ensuring they meet apprenticeship standards.
- Providing clear, constructive feedback to support learner progression and achievement.
- Planning and conducting progressive in-person visits (average of 3 learners per day).
- Managing yourtimeeffectively to maximise travel efficiency and learning outcomes.
- Ensuring all assessments meet Ofsted, awarding body, and internal quality standards.
- Supporting with other key activities such as mock assessments, professional discussions, and learner reviews.
- Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at all times making sure every learner feels supported and safe.
What were looking for
- A genuine passion for education, quality, and empowering others to succeed.
- Excellent planning, time management and communication skills.
- Confidence working independently, with the flexibility to travel long distances and stay overnight when needed.
- An Assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA).
- A Health & Social Care qualification at Level 3, 4 or 5.
- At least 2 years experience in the Health and Social Care sector (minimum Senior Carer level).

Salary: Qualified Level 3 – £30,000 basic + bonus opportunity OTE to £35,760
Salary: Qualified Level 5 – £33,000 basic + bonus opportunity OTE to £38,760
Salary: Trainee Level 3 – £28,000 basic + bonus opportunity OTE to £33,760
Salary: Trainee Level 5 – £31,000 basic + bonus opportunity OTE to £36,760
