The Role
We are recruiting for a qualified Health and Social Care Assessor to support apprenticeship learners across workplace settings. This role focuses specifically on carrying out workplace observations and contributing to learner progress, working alongside Personal Development Managers who lead the wider apprenticeship journey. You will work with learners across Portsmouth and surrounding areas, with travel planned to maximise efficiency. You will typically complete 10 observations per week, alongside planning, reporting, and remote admin work. This role is sometimes referred to as Apprenticeship Assessor, Health and Social Care Tutor or Skills Coach within Health and Social Care.
