Health and Social Care Assessor Bolton and Surrounding Areas | Hybrid working Full Time & Part Time Available | Permanent£27,000 - £30,000 per year + bonus + expenses Please only apply if you meet the following essential criteria: Level 3+ qualification in Health & Social Care Minimum 2 years recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care (Senior Carer level or above)Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet all the essential criteria listed above.

This role would suit candidates with experience in Adult Care as a Senior Carer, Care Coordinator, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager or an existing Health & Social Care Assessor The Role Were recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners working towards apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings.

You will support, coach and assess learners, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme.

You will work with learners across Bolton and surrounding areas , combining remote delivery with planned workplace visits.

You will manage your own diary and workload to meet key performance targets and ensure learner progress.

No learner sourcing is required all learners are provided, allowing you to focus on delivery, coaching and assessment.

This role is sometimes referred to as Apprenticeship Assessor, Health and Social Care Tutor or Skills Coach within Health and Social Care.
