Role Overview
Amagi is looking for a strategic and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across Europe. Based in London, this role will drive integrated marketing programs that build brand visibility, generate pipeline, deepen customer engagement, and strengthen Amagi’s presence across the European media and entertainment ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B field marketing experience with a deep understanding of technology, media, streaming, or advertising ecosystems. This role requires close collaboration with sales, partnerships, product marketing, communications, and executive leadership to deliver impactful regional campaigns and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans aligned with regional business priorities and revenue goals.
- Drive awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and partner marketing initiatives across Europe.
- Build targeted campaigns tailored for broadcasters, streaming platforms, FAST operators, advertisers, and media technology stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize campaigns, messaging, and content for European markets.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Partner with regional sales teams to develop marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue acceleration.
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic accounts and key industry segments.
- Plan and execute local thought leadership forums, networking experiences, customer executive dinners and partner activations.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead conversion, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives including upsell, retention, advocacy, and expansion programs.
Communications & Brand Building
- Strengthen Amagi’s visibility and positioning across the European streaming and broadcast ecosystem.
- Support regional PR, media engagement, customer storytelling, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to elevate Amagi executives and subject matter experts at industry forums and media conversations.
- Collaborate on content development including presentations, customer stories, blogs, and campaign assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Communications teams.
- Align marketing priorities with regional business objectives and customer needs.
- Maintain strong coordination with global marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand and messaging.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Experience in media technology, SaaS, streaming, advertising technology, broadcast, or related industries preferred.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with a track record of incorporating AI into marketing programs, field marketing initiatives, and campaign optimization.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns, and demand generation programs.
- Strong understanding of the European media and entertainment landscape.
- Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and supporting complex B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
