This role is responsible for implementing global operational processes locally, managing resource allocation, and serving as the primary contact for regional operational matters. The manager will ensure consistent and efficient delivery by facilitating collaboration between teams and leveraging the WPP Open platform and its AI capabilities to optimise workflows and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main operational point of contact for regional teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between local departments and global workstreams.
  • Implement global operational processes within the region, adapting them where necessary to ensure they are fit for the local market context.
  • Support regional resource allocation and capacity planning in collaboration with global operations, identifying local needs and flagging resourcing challenges.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for all regional operational issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently or routed to the correct global team with clarity.
  • Facilitate collaboration between regional and global teams, tracking performance, reviewing risks, and ensuring alignment with global standards to maintain integrated ways of working.
  • Support regional change implementation projects, ensuring new processes and tools, like WPP Open, are adopted successfully by local teams.
  • Utilise the WPP Open platform and its AI tools for predictive capacity modelling and utilisation forecasting to optimise resource deployment.
