Responsibilities

  • Part Time Accounts Clerk required to work for a successful independent family-run dealership with Vauxhall and Ford franchises in Kingswinford.
  • A unique opportunity to join a local family-run business, trading in the West Midlands for over 70 years.
  • Conduct vehicle stocktakes
  • Review internal and external service plans
  • Maintenance of vehicle debtors and creditors
  • Monthly Nominal Ledger and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Reviewing of Business Managers Financial Logs
  • The Updating of Monthly Performance and Statistics for the Composite
  • Raising Bank Payments

Qualifications / Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in an accounting role
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy and Excel knowledge

Role Details
