T-Tech is seeking a motivated First Line Service Desk Engineer to join our IT support team in Greater London.

With at least 6 months in an IT support environment, you will provide 1st line support via phone, email, and remote tools, resolving issues across the MS stack and logging tickets promptly.

You will communicate clearly with users, escalate complex issues when needed, and uphold excellent customer service as part of a growing, collaborative team.
